You Asked - We ListenedWe take customer feedback seriously. On our last survey, we asked for information about you, your vaping experience, devices you use and how SmokTek could better serve our customers. The response was very helpful to us in making much needed changes. Thank you for your help. Here are some of the things customers asked for and how we've addressed them to date.
Lower Prices Across the SiteWe took a serious look at our competition and made some hopefully very welcome changes to our pricing. All across the site you'll find prices lowered by an average of 10%. Clearance items and Starter Kits have been lowered even more!
An Updated WebsiteWe launched an updated website last month. The homepage was refreshed to focus on the most important information. Navigation was reorganized into core areas that customers most often look for. We divided the Clearance section into 4 categories to make it easier to browse. The site uses a new html5 responsive design to be more tablet and mobile-friendly. All of these features are designed to help you find what you're looking for quickly whether you're at your desk, in the field, or on the go.
